Mr Rodney Peyton OBE TD FRCS FRCP
A Consultant Surgeon for over 30 years, with particular interest in laparoscopy and trauma and in that time has been involved in more than 50,000 cases involving personal injury, work related injuries and medical negligence in jurisdictions across the British Isles. He graduated in Medical Education from the University of Wales in 1994, and in Law from the College of Law, London, in 1999. Author of Whiplash - The Cervical Spine in Medico-Legal Practice written for solicitors, barristers and judges, to assist them in understanding what they might reasonably expect of those they engage as experts in the field of whiplash injury.
Mrs Lynne Peyton MSc BSSc CQSW
A Lay Magistrate in the Family and Youth Court and a child care specialist with over 30 years’ experience in delivering, developing and improving services for children and families, within the statutory and voluntary sectors. She is a qualified Social Worker and since establishing her consultancy in 2001 has provided an independent expert opinion in numerous serious case reviews as well as assisting organisations with performance management and dispute resolution.
